I spent years inside the world's largest agency networks, HAVAS, Omnicom, and WPP, managing global accounts, building performance teams, and running paid media for brands across retail, finance, tech, and FMCG. I saw how the big players operated. And more importantly, I saw what they kept getting wrong: too much process, too little accountability, and a massive gap between strategy decks and actual results.
So I started doing things differently. Today I work directly with business owners, startups, and corporate teams across Asia and Europe, training marketers to think for themselves and consulting companies that want real results, not vanity metrics.
