"I didn't get into marketing to run campaigns. I got into it to solve problems β and I've never stopped."
I started my career inside some of the world's largest agency networks β HAVAS, Omnicom, and WPP β managing global accounts, building performance teams from scratch, and running paid media across every major platform. I worked with brands across retail, finance, tech, and FMCG. I saw how the big players did it. And more importantly, I saw what they got wrong.
The problem was always the same: too much process, too little accountability, and a massive gap between strategy decks and actual results. I got tired of watching companies spend fortunes on campaigns with no real foundation underneath them.
So I started doing things differently. I moved away from agency life and started working directly with businesses β not as an account manager, but as someone with skin in the game. I trained marketing teams to think for themselves. I consulted founders who were smart enough to know they didn't know what they didn't know. I built systems that worked after I left.
Over 1,000 marketers trained later β from Singapore to Europe, from scrappy startups to corporate teams β the pattern is always the same: when people understand how their marketing actually works, everything changes.
Today, I split my time between training, consulting, and building my own companies β XYZ Lab and Mytheon Technologies. I'm based in Asia, work remotely across time zones, and I'm still just as hands-on as day one.
